Buddha Bowls have been increasing in popularity, as they are an easy
and delicious way to eat lots of nutrients, but not feel like you’re
having a salad. This recipe is my personal favorite one.
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup garbanzo beans
½ avocado
1 cup cooked brussel sprouts
1 cup cooked quinoa
Instructions:
1. Toss everything in a bowl and enjoy! Yes- It’s that easy!
