Lentil Salad

Great for a side dish at dinners or for a on-the-go lunch, this lentil
salad is so simple but tastes amazing. It has such few ingredients and is 
so quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
½ cup cooked brown lentils
1 tomato
⅓ cucumber
½ avocado
2 tsp olive oil

Instructions:
1. Chop the tomato, cucumber, and avocado into bite size pieces.

2. Toss everything together in a bowl and enjoy!
